The whole reason the original works well is because it's extremely visual: it cuts to different angles, and the facial expressions and movements reflect the awkwardness the audience is intended to feel.
Here, you have quite literally removed everything that makes the original scene interesting and substituted it with simplistic lip sync. I guess the pupils turn white once and the arms move, but that's barely anything.

You are undeniably one of the most talented animators on NG, but this just ain't it chief.
I usually find race jokes funny, but this cartoon is literally just two stereotypes existing. There's nothing beyond that, leading the whole thing to feel kinda lame and uninteresting.

Damn, I was expecting this to suck, but it actually wasn't half bad.
Animation is a little amateurish sure, but the comedy is pretty on point, and the audio quality was surprisingly good.
I can't wait to see what you do in the future!

[Newgrounds Redux: Metal Gear Awesome 3]

I mean, objectively everything about this is good: clean animation and the like, but I struggle to understand how this is a Metal Gear parody at all.
There's an earlier review that summarizes my thoughts pretty well: Newgrounds these days is so bogged down by its own self-obsession that nobody is trying anything new, and that really hurts this particular film a lot: for a film called Metal Gear Awesome 3, the only gag related to Metal Gear in the whole thing was a post-credits scene!
Every other joke is reliant on the audience being familiar with Newgrounds stuff. I laughed at some of it sure, but I doubt I would get much out of this if I weren't familiar with Tankmen, Alien Hominid, and Madness. Even then, I feel like most of the laughs came from just recognizing things rather than from genuinely finding any of it funny: the only one I remember is the blood splatter forming two guys having butt sex which is admittedly kinda funny, but nothing else springs to mind.
In the end, it's basically a glorified Newgrounds commercial: it doesn't do anything new (or even try for that matter) or interesting with the source material.
It's basically a well-animated parody of a parody, when it had the opportunity to be so much more than that.

Trump parodies are so fucking overdone, at least find a way to be original about it: these jokes seem copy-pasted from every other parody you see about the guy. Nothing new is being said, and the visuals don't really substitute the bland delivery of the film.
At least try to make some new observations or something, because this is just painfully average.
