Looks a bit too messy and chaotic in a way that comes across unintentional, rather than a Space Funeral-esque attempt at using unorthodox and mismatched colours and shapes to inform a bizarre aesthetic. That said colour choice is pretty good, except with the balloons which sort of stick out like sore thumbs.
Font choice is a little unusual especially for what this is: I think either doing it by hand or using Excelorate would fit a bit better...
The elephant in the room is the subject matter... I get that it's vent art, but to be blunt I feel like this is just one of those things that's better left behind closed doors.
